Volunteer with the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence (NCADV)

Founded in 1978, the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence is the oldest grassroots domestic violence organization. NCADV is the voice of victims and survivors. They are the catalyst for changing society to have zero tolerance for domestic violence. They do this by affecting public policy, increasing understanding of the impact of domestic violence, and providing programs and education that drive that change.

Their mission is to lead, mobilize and raise voices to support efforts that demand a change of conditions that lead to domestic violence such as patriarchy, privilege, racism, sexism, and classism. They are dedicated to supporting survivors and holding offenders accountable and supporting advocates.

Volunteers serve as a vital part of this work, providing skills and expertise to further their mission and vision.
